  • Built a multi-tenant POS API in TypeScript and Fastify with MongoDB, serving 500+ stores with enforced tenant query isolation at the middleware layer.
  • Built a subscription management system integrating Stripe and BullMQ with idempotency, retry logic, and circuit breakers, increasing retention by 35% and eliminating duplicate charges.
  • Migrated 20+ Agenda background jobs to Redis-backed BullMQ queues across payments, notifications, and integrations, with typed retries, exponential backoff, and dead-letter queues.
  • Instrumented the full order lifecycle with custom OpenTelemetry spans and Prometheus metrics; built Grafana dashboards tracking P95 latency, queue depth, and business KPIs.
  • Load-tested critical API paths with k6 and optimized MongoDB queries with compound indexing and read replica routing, establishing P50/P95/P99 baselines under multi-tenant load.
  • Containerized the full stack with Docker and Docker Compose; built a GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline with automated testing (Jest), linting, and zero-downtime deployments.
